OK, the last people didn't help so please help...?

Question

I'm trying to figure out how to transfer my iTunes from my old XP laptop to my new Vista one. And I can get the transfer thing to work but I don't know how to connect to a network. I thought I did because it says it's connected but it never works. I can't go buy a USB-USB cord because it's almost 3AM here. Please let me know step by step so I can solve this tonight! Thanks so much!!

It is quite involved I would do a google search on setting up a home network and file and printer sharing. there should be a ton of walkthrough there for you.
