OK, this is kind of a detailed question..

OK, I downloaded 2 games off of fileradar (http://www.fileradar.net/)

The games were Fallout and GTA2. What do I need to be able to play these games?

Whenever I click on it it says "windows cannot open this file because it does not know what created it"

the file is probably an ISO one you have to get a file to open it with

Try "Magic ISO" this should open it so you can copy to a seperate folder on your hard drivee
