Yes.  It fits with observed quantum events and explains things like the result of the 2-slit experiment that otherwise don't make sense.

Funny thing about the BOMB.  The Germans went the heavy water route that probably would NOT have lead to a practical BOMB and most of Germany's best physicists were Jewish and left the Country for England or the US.  Moral:  Be careful who you p**s-off.
