OK I GOT MY EARS PEIRCED 4 TWO WEEKS NOW, I WANNA TAKE MY EARRINGS OUT THEN CLEAN EAR AND CLEAN THE NEW ?

You shouldn't take your earrings out for another few weeks, since the ear piercing probably isn't healed yet.

I got my ears pierced recently and was told to keep the earrings in before changing them for 4-6 weeks.  Every day I just clean my ears around my earrings with Bactine or the special Ear piercing wash I was given using a cotton swab.  The hole from my earring took a little over 4 weeks to completely close, so you really should wait for another few weeks or you will be preventing your ear from healing and it could get infected or the hole could close.  

If you got the cartilage in your ear pierced, you shouldn't take your earrings out for 6-8 weeks.  So just be patient!!

You have to just run the cleaning solution or peroxide and/or alcohol over the ear and earring

Okie I no i really wanted mine out it was so annoying Im like why can't i jsut jab them with a safety pin if they close up (first off stupid idea.) leave them in maybe one more week i took mine out a week early but i made sure to keep earings in all the time and when changing them i did it fast oo and mine close up if I leave earings out for 2 long and I had to repierce then myelf twice I mean its not like the first time but really id stick to the rules.

ahahhaa okay calm down.. your scaring me.. now its fine.. i have my ears peirced.. and i havent wore earrings for bout 4 months and i got my ears done like 6 months now lol!! but the holes are still there !! NOTHING WILL HAPPEN :]]]

you should leave them in for about a month before you change them, just to be sure they don't close up in the time you take them out.  If you do decide to change them just make sure you do it quickly and not leave the earrings out for a long time.

To answer your question, I don't get what you mean - you've had them pierced for two weeks and want to take them out for a minute to clean them?

It really depends. I'd wait longer. You can clean it as much as possible right now (in the shower, antibacterial soap!) and just wait a while to put the new ones in!

It's regular lobe, right?

If it's cartilage, no way. Wait a while longer.

well actually you may want to keep them in a bit longer just to make sure the hole won't close up very fast. I've had my ears pierced for about 10 years and my second whole about 4-5 months and my nose ring about 2 weeks and they told me to keep them in for about 3-4 or 5-6 weeks so you may have to peirce them in really hard after you take them out and clean them if you choose to.
