OK I HAVE A PROBLEM. I'M REALLY PRETTY AND SEEM HAPPY, SO PEOPLE DONT USUALLY KNOW. BUT I HAVE ANXIETY..?

DOING SIMPLE THINGS. LIKE GOING TO SCHOOL OR TO PLACES.

I SHAKE AND GET REALLY NERVOUS. IM DEPRESSED AND WORRY CONSTANTLY ABOUT EVERYTHING AND OBSEES ABOUT MY FUTURE. IM JUST AFRAID MY FUTURE WILL NOT GO AS PLANED SO I OBSEES ABOUT THINGS. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH ME? OR HOW TO HELP. ITS LIKE IM NEVER HAPPY. WHATS WRONG WITH ME !??

  1. What would you do if you had a stomach ache, or a broken finger? Go to the doctor. You should do the same when your emotions aren't working correctly. These are symptoms of a disorder (anxiety/depression) that can be successfully treated and free you from these feelings.


  2. You sound like you have an anxiety disorder, or at least to me. You shouldn't just keep it to yourself - you should tell someone, like a friend or someone in your family you really trust. Or you could see a psychologist, it there's no one else you can talk to. There are deep breathing exercises you can try, although these don't work for everybody. Maybe you should stop and try to think about what you're really worried about, then consider if it's really worth getting yourself so upset over. That might help. Good luck.

  3. I'm not going to say see a psychiatrist, i'm going to say see a doctor. You're showing signs of panic disorder.

  4. You are definitely having anxiety attacks and you should see a doctor. your regular MD can help you. There is medication that will help! You will feel so much better!

  6. Sounds like you're worrying yourself into a dither.

    You're even typing your question in all caps.  I think that's interesting - it's like SHOUTING.

    The way out is to tell the truth about your life.  Easy to say, but doing it takes practice.

    Here are some pointers:

    You can't predict the future, so do you know things will go badly?  (no)

    If it does not go the way you plan, does that necessarily mean it's going to go badly? (no)

    Does it really matter what others think of you?  Will you die if they don't like you?  (no)

    Does being happy depend on what's happening to you?  (no)

    Or, does being happy depend on your choosing to be happy?  (yes)

    Keep this in mind: you tend to attract what you put a lot of energy into.  So, worrying about dreadful stuff increases the odds that dreadful things happen.  Want your future to be bright?  Act and think as if it's going to be.
