  3. It's South American. When I make it, it turns out kind of like Mexican stirfry. Very good. There is meat (sausage), rice, etc. in it. There are generally several peppers in there. Hope you like spice...

  7. rice, seafood, and chorizo sausage, with some saffron and other herbs.  Here is a recipe of a classic paella to show you.  It's lovely if well made, terrible if badly made lol

  9. okay it is rice and saffron, which gives it it's yellow color, that are the primary ingredients that make it a paella.   Other than that, different area's use different meats and vegtables as part of the dish.  There can be seafood, sausage, pork as well as chicken used.  So, I would suggest you find a recipe that contains ingredients that you would enjoy, or simpy add or drop certain things to make it more to your liking.
