I am getting 2 IM-Mes from Radica soon one for my freind and one for me but anyways that is not the pint. IN the commercial It says that u can text people from all the way accross the world have u ever done it? How do u like the device? Thanks and please people with experince answer

HAILEY! help, my IM ME wont let me create an account. I installed all this c**p and  nothing is helping! I pressed the blue flower and it says to please check my internet connection. What does that mean? What do i do? I looked at the manual...NOTHING
