I was watching SYTYCD and I see a lot of girls wearing those spanky pants bottoms.. and they do some really reveiling leg stretches while being lifted in the air by their partners.. so much so, you can see everything.. What do they do while on their periods? I mean.. it would be horrible to throw your legs out and "OOPS. a stain".... Tampons just dont hold it all in certain circumstances.. Do they take pills to keep their periods away during these contests, or what?

  1. It is interesting I enjoyed acrobatics, ballet and dances all these years and never thought of this issue. Now I have

new-found respect for the performers after hearing of this difficulty that they face.

  2. you can get pills from your doctor that make sure you dont have a period

    thats probably what they do

    otherwise would be pretty disgusting

that seems like the most sensible option to me

  3. Playtex have a great range of tampons designed especially for athletes and dancers.  They're comfortable and super absorbent.  We just use special types of tampons and thin pantyliners.  Well, I do, anyway.

  4. if you're on birth control pill you can skip the sugar pill (yes, there is a week where you can sugar pills simply to keep you in the habit of taking a pill daily and that's when you get your period) and if you skip the sugar pill week and go straight to the next cycle of birth control, you do not get your period.

or if you are on the birth control shot, you don't get your period

    those are 2 possibilities
