Question:

OK.......i have skinny arms.......lolz !!!!!

its jus that....i actually have quite a good physique but my forearms do not seem proportional to the rest of my body. I have tried eating a lot to bulk up but all the extra fats seem to accumulate in my abdonmen area. Are there any forearm specific exercises ?? Like push ups i guess but anything else that are effective in building up my arms ?

  2. Rock Climbing, theirs nothing better for your forearms than that, I had the same problem, don't anymore!

  3. Yes. Try buying forarm developers at your local sporting goods store. Theyre inexpensive and will last long if you know how to take care of them. Not sure if they're really called that but if you're still clueless. heres a couple pics of what they look like.

    The last pic is a device that not only strengthens your forearms but also your fingers as well. Hammer curls are excellent for putting some size and shape into your forearms. go to www.bodybuilding.com for more forearm exercises and a lot of other ones as well.

  4. Oh i have the perfect solution for this! Ive been doing it for just 5 days and i can already see my forearms bulking up!!! What you do is just grab an 8 or 10 pound weight and just do bicep curls. its where the weight in your hand facing up, and bring the weight up to your shoulder.

    Ive been doing it while i watch tv, listen to music, playing videogames. I do it just alot throughout the day. After the first day your arms will be pretty sore, but man just 5 days later i can already feel my muscles getting tougher and i can see them getting a little bigger!! Im serious when i flex i can see a nice muscle mound coming up! and just 5 days! remeber to eat alot of protien. Its what your body needs to make more muscle.

  7. the best thing i found for skinny arms is a chin up bar u can get them for like £5 just do different exercises on that and it you want to get ur forearms up just hold onto the bar with one or two hands and just hang for as long as u can   it doesn't sound to good but it works a treat its what all the professional rock climbers do :)

  8. Yes I had da same kind of prob.But after dat i went to da gym and started  building my body.try out my forearms exercise>1st.Palms-Up Barbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench,2nd.Palms-Down Wrist Curl Over A Bench,3rd.Reverse Barbell Curl<<(workes for me)

  9. Hold a regular bench press bar or another type of bar with your palms facing up and curl your wrists. Sit while doing this exercise. This targets your forearm muscles a lot more.
