hes thinking about makin some money selling clother out of a mobile trailer.

I just need to know if he will need a permit or a license or pay a fee or anything like that.

I know people in LA sell clothes in the alley but im not sure if they have any permits.

Could he get in trouble or fined???

You'll defintly need a permit selling anything out of your mobile trailer o r on the streets if the cops find out he'll get fined its easier just to  get the permit
