OK so today there was a Monk marathon on USA. I was watching it and I was watching the beginning when they show the crime and the girl is on this pay phone and she's trying to call this guy because there is a van that is parking in front of her and she can't get to anyone. A person gets out of the van and they are dressed in black with a knife in their hand. The girl starts screaming and running and the person is chasing her. That goes on for a while and then the person stabs her and kills her. Even worse, it was nighttime and at a deserted place near a beach. I'm sure it's going to give me some sort of nightmare, help me!

  1. think about it like this these kind of situations are 1 in a million its most not likely going to occur its just a tv show and another thing that you could try is b4 you fall alseep while you are laying there think of something that makes you very comfortable and relaxed ie:a certain person animal place and you should dream about that example or w/e you are thinking about or somehting along that line try to put it out of your mind don't think about it dreams are like a movie in which they are taken from a persons daily experiences the heavier of weight that a person emphasizes or thinks about a certain thing the better chance they have of dreaming about that

or i know this is probably gonna sound weird but a professional told me this once when i was going through a tough time just imagine yourself in a beam of white light that purifies your soul it should change your outcome

hope that helps and good luck

  2. Whenever I watch something scary at night I always watch something funny after before I go to bed so I can get the bad thoughts out of my head and replace it with something funny.
