OK uper level question?

Is there really a set of bar rules league or not that would be standard enough to say this is what we play by -I have never seen a set but every time we give an answer to a question Its like Im an Idiot because I only give standard rule answers.Not from every league in the country.I have no idea what the rules at Joe's Bar in Falling Drawers Idaho is Maybe they need a rep to answer those questions

But is there a set on file anywhere-except taped to their wall on notebook paper??

I don't think so. I used to have a pool book that had what most people would call bar rules, but when in a bar just enjoy your pool game and try not to take any rules to seriously when playing pool.

well, when I go into a bar, set up my qtrs or put up my name, I have to go by whatever the table holder's rules are...which are usually slop...since ppl here like to play slop, the sorry asses, lol...but if/when I take over, it's a call ur shot-call ur pocket-behind the headstring game..I've never seen an actual bar rules manual anywhere I've played...even when playing in the leagues, nobody goes by the rules..unless the team you're playing are strict to the rules...usually they're like "well, we can do this-this way, as long as you and your team agrees"...which to me is bs...play how we're supposed to play, or don't fkn play at all.....ehhh...but that's just me...DreO
