her nick name is going to be Josey WHAT DO YOU THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!! My bf and I decided thats what we are going to name her please tell us what you picture when you hear the name Josey for a girl and please give us any negative points (but nicely please and do not say OH THATS A STUPID NAME!!! that doesn't really help us)

And yes I really like it. Josephine is my dogs name though. But it's not typically a dog name, I just name my dogs things like Josephine, Rosebud, Scottie and Rylie. (human names.)

Claire is very pretty and classic.

When I hear Josie, honestly, I think of a fat dalmation.

But for a human I guess I would imagine a tall girl with dark features. Thin and model like. Very pretty.

I've never really been a fan of the name Josephine. I prefer Joselyn (Joss-ah-lyn) It's more modern sounding. You could still call her Josie. Joselyn Claire sounds beautiful!

However, that's just my opinion. You should name her whatever you want!

I love the name . It flows so well with Claire and is very pretty. The only criticism I have is that it is old-fashioned. You can decide whether this is a good or bad thing.

I like Josey a lot! My baby sister is named Josephine James and they call her Fi fi I HATE IT!!! Josephine Claire is very pretty! Its a strong yet feminine name. Beautiful!
