so im 5'4 and half ,and about 102 and i wanna go down 96 or 97 pounds so im 13 and school starts in 2.5 weeks and i wanna look good i have blond hair,hazels and im natural tan but

please good tips like how many snacks a day??

  2. Um, you dont need to lose weight.  5'4 and 102 lbs is very very thin.  You got any thinner you will look gross, no joke.

    I'm just an inch taller than you, and when I was even 110 lbs I was TIIIIIINY and everyone thought I was anerexic.

    You try to be that skinny and you will never get any b***s I promise you that...boys like b***s.

  3. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't

    eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you

    don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or

    to buy special meals or plans.


  4. It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight.

    Sometimes cutting back on junk food or unnecessary snacks can work wonders though - not only to lose weight but just for your overall health.

  5. Take a laxative.
