Maybe try and find duets from the musical Wicked. "What is this feeling?" would probably be good.

Or a song by Lacuna Coil, they mix male and female vocals, but normally the amount of male is very limited.

Technically, a duet is when there's a girl and a boy, so sorry, but one of you may have to sing a mans part.

If you don't mind singing a man's part then there are literally thousands of operatic arias. Try something from madama butterfly (vogliateme bene?) or carmen, or maybe la boheme. If you don't like that then there are also loads of showtunes, maybe something from disney, sorry i'm being a little vague but i don't know how high or low the voices are and what they sound like!
