OKay, what do we do about the lazies at work?

We've all tried to tell our boss that a certain someone isn't doing anything. Well, we've all also heard from the boss that they wont do anything about it. All us working people should just stop working. We should just watch how the whole nation would go chaotic without us working and maybe then they'll get the pint that they need us. We also need a million man march onto Washington. Show em that we mean business and that instead of having the lazies decide for our country like give more money to them(like Hilary and Obama), say that us workers should get to decide what's best for our country cuz we really are our country. I say that instead of having the lazies say to give more money to people by taking from us hard workers, the government should just stop taking from us and giving to others. Stop taking my money government and giving it to those who are too lazy to work!

that's just an idea.

I think the lazies should be fired.

Simple, and to the point.  Let the

working people take over.

I worked for the government,

really worked, saw the lazies.

Management never said a word

about it.  They took long lunches

and breaks.  They didn't respect

the rules.

Yet, I saw a female worker

flirting with a manager.

She won an award, but was

out most of the time.  I lost

respect.

And to a comment made by another person:

You don't think we are a free nation?? Take a good look at many other countries around the world that do not have it as good as we do.  A lot of countries are stricken with poverty and corruption.  The US may have some poverty areas, and some crooked politicians (you'll never be able to totally eliminately then unfortunately).  But you cannot compare the state of those developing countries to ours.  We have so much here in American.  You should be greatful for it.

Well, working people work hard and have to just to survive in this country more so now. No one that works is lazy. The system is set up so we don't have a choice, but to support a corupt system, because that would me you would have to stop, buying groceries, not pay your eletric bill, not buy water if you don't have a well. We are not a free and independant nation. And we'er not even free to keep goats and chickens in our backyards so we will have food to eat. So tell me how we could do it and I would be with you 100%.

I think you should continue to do your job...The lazies has been reported right?? If you continue to put so much time and energy into the lazies, you!!! might become one of them.

Community made currency made on recycled paper copied of computer graphics. This frees everyone from having to work. It has been said a free person  is one who works only for themself. ATMS for Homeless People to get cash for themselves out of. Everyone else to use corner ATMS as required. If question not sarcastic or part of comedy series then suggestions stand.

Wow...I have NEVER heard from my management (at ANY of my jobs) that they won't do anything about the lazies.  In truth, I have never had to complain about the lazies, 'cause my management has always taken care of the problem for me.

I think you need to find a new job.

Alternately, just do your own job.  Don't pick up where the lazies slack, and it will become very obvious, and very painful for management to continue ignoring it.

Just to reiterate what abfabmom mentioned...Avoid picking up the slack and let them fail on their own.  When they fail, the boss fails.  When the boss fails, lazies get replaced.

Also, I'm sorry, but I don't think the government can help you out on this one... there are so many people that it's hard to distinguish who is the hard worker and who is not.  If you really want to get what you deserve, demand a raise!
