OLDD CLOTHESS .. WHAT TO DO WITH THEM?

half the stuff in my wardrobe is out of fashion now, what shall i do with it? bearing in mind im not good at the wholeee sewing shannigan? keep it? bin it? what du think ?? x

Sell them to a thrift shop or at a yardsale. You might get more money at a yardsale, but if you don't have one comin up, selling them at a used clothing store would be more instant. If you are making enough money already, give it to some one who needs it, although that may take time.

Give it away...you will be putting a smile on someone else's face who has little or nothing.  People who need clothing to cover their bodies could care less about style and fashion.  We, who are fortunate enough to be able to purchase new clothing, forget the feelings of not having.  There is a vast difference between need and want...we must learn the difference.

If you are unsure what to do but want to get creative, then I would suggest looking online for some neat tutorials. Old tops can be made into halters, or interesting shirts. Just take what ever you don't use and give it to a thrift store or donate it.

Donate it to a charity or the goodwill/thrift store for other people to buy and wear.  Otherwise homeless shelters would probably be very grateful to take it I think.

My rule for old clothes is if I have not worn it in the past 6 to 9 months I take them to Good Will or some type of charity or resale shop.  It gets stuff out of my closet that I know I have not worn in a long time.  If the clothes are out of style what is the sense keeping them around.  Some resale shop will sell them on consignment and you can get a few dollars in return.  Good Luck.

Or you could *try* too sew it and make something new
