  1. I really hope not, but it could very well be. we'll see how the U.S. Open turns out. That's the final, deciding evidence for me

  2. i think he is.

    he hasn't won anything yet this year;

    :D

  3. he is on downslide

  4. I really hope not, I love Federer, but I also love that these up and coming players are rising to the occasion. I think Roger was on a high horse and he had to get off to realize that he wasn't always going to be the best and he acutally will have to work twice as hard to beat Rafa and Andy and James and everyone else who is a rising seed.

    I do think that everything will go down hill for Roger if he doesn't pick up his game and focus on it. He can totally get out of this rut if he committed.

  5. Federer has had a rough year no doubt, but till further notice he's still number 1 in the world and will continue to be a favorite at Grand Slams for years to come.  He does seem more vulnerable now, but I think Nadal/Federer will continue to play close matches that can go either way.  His career is far from over, reaching a Wimbledon final does not mean your career is going downhill, the competition is just getting better.

  6. He will bounce back from all this for sure.

  7. I don't think so because I mean the score was close in the sets he lost so he probably lost only cause of some missed opportunities so I still think he'll get to the US Open Final.

  8. Hey im back :) !

    OMFG ! is exactly the expression i used when i watched him get knocked out. Im really really shocked !!! Down hill ? Who knows, i think he just a bad match and maybe one of my friends who absolutely loves roger said he might not be over wimbledon that could also be a factor lol ! I hope nadal can be the new #1 soon id love it :)

  9. maybe

  10. Yes I do. Down to number 2 I feel. But you must remember that despite this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE loss that I am dead upset about.. hes still c oming 2nd in the ATP race. So he would be a deserved number 2.

  11. I think he will bounce back, I mean frankly, for how long can he NOT bounce back. He has been playing horribly for a while now, first because of mono now I'm thinking because of his lingering nerves of losing to rafa and so many others countless times. Rger has so much skill he just rattles himself and plays with uncalled errors. The real Roger needs to return, if not for himself than for his die-hard fans!

    GO ROGER!!!

  12. if nadal cannot capitalise on this poor form from federer and finish number 1, then nadal should go back to the juniors! my fav player is rafa!
