Now it's at least a 9 in my opinion. I appreciate it that you took my advice and added certain cards. Although I've heard many players hate playing Harpie decks because their "ATK is low and weak", with your multiple copies of Harpie Lady 1, Harpie Queen, in addition to Harpie's Brother and powerful cards like Raiza and Simorgh, and along with Hunter Owl's effect, your deck definately isn't "weak". With your total of 8 "Harpie Lady" and "Harpie Lady Sisters", you'll have plenty of chances to use the power of Harpie's Hunting Ground to destroy your enemy's cards. Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon will also have plenty of chances to power up. Great job!
