  1. Soak your feet in warm water and have someone massage them.

  2. soak your feet in hot water. it works for the sorness, as for use some neosporin  for pain relief

  3. oooh nastyy

i suggest use an ice pack to reduce some pain, maybe take panadol or sumthing if its really that bad and go see ur docter

  4. Chuck 'em in the bin and wear flatties for a bit until you feel better!

  5. Fill the bath with warm water and some soap and soak them and then afterwards apply some cream and just put them in socks. For the blister, put a plaster over it and dont be touching it.

    (",)

  6. your shoes might be the wrong size or just need broke in happens to me when i get new boots. tire soaking your feet in a pan/bowl of cool water for the heat. it'll hurt for a few days most likely because of the blisters. just bandage them up with some medicine if the bust.

  7. From the top, Sista...

    Remove those shoes.

Burn them (they aren't right for you!)

Rub some cocoa-butter into your feet.

    Stay off your feet.

When you have to wear something on your feet again, make it your most comfortable trainers, until the pain and sweling has gone.

  8. cold water the warm water continuosly

    or

a bucket with semi warm water and salt or lemon

    or

    a long bath

    or

some cream that relaxes the skin

get well soon gd luck <3

  9. if they are cheap shoes, bin them. its not worth it even if they are fashionable. there is no point regretting wearing sensible fitted shoes and ending up having bunions and horrible feet when you gow older.

  10. I'm about to go jog, so go figure, put your feet up, massage, soak in a bathtub, put on some soft socks

  11. Get to the chemist and buy Comfrey cream.Great for skin and blisters.

  12. soak them in epsom salt

  13. Change the size of your shoes, take the bigger size. And buy pain reliever to stop the pain.

  14. grab some neosporin with pain killer, cuz the blisters will probably pop. put some thick socks on and take the friggin shoes back or throw them away/ charity.

Don't buy footwear like that again.

  15. smoke some weed

edit: if it can make ppl with cancer feel better i think it can make a lil foot problem feel better too

  16. Put your feet in a footbath and throw the shoes away.

  17. Don't walk anymore

Dip your legs in cool water

After 1 day massage the area with a cream

    Buy Hiko good heights shoes

    Good Luck !

  18. You can soak your feet in the hottest water you can stand, then dry them and put on a real thick lotion and some good fitting socks.  You should try drinking water too, you might have some water retention.

  19. not wear them shoes  and put your feet in a cold bath to cool them down

  20. Um...do your shoes fit properly? Or maybe you should wear socks..

  21. If your feet feel like they are stuck (?) in a fire, you may wish to ice them as heavily and for as long as possible. I would also lay my happy bottom down on my bed, and place the aching feet on some pillows to keep them elevated above my heart. Do whatever you can to not use them as much as possible, and if you feel the need to do exercises, you can do bicycles kicks in the air while laying on your back (it still works out your legs, thankfully).

After 10 to 30 minutes of some serious icing, I would give the feet some time to enjoy the real temperature, and the feeling of being elevated for another 10 to 30 minutes, then I would draw/run a bath. I would then take a bath and let them soak in the warm water. Now, if you have a little foot bath or something, you might wish to just use that, but I'm sure your legs and back are hurting a bit too, since the nerves are all connected. So a bath would be helpful, especially if it has a wonderful scent and/or lots of bubbles. After about 10 minutes in the bath, I would begin some form of foot scrub. I happen to have this awesome salt-scrub with oil in it, that works wonders on some of my old and dried up blisters that are flaking off now. If you don't have your own scrub in the house, but happen to have white or brown sugar and some form of oil, you may wish to use about a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon or 2 to 4 of (olive oil, almond oil, baby oil if you have it etc), and Gently rub you entire foot on the underside. Even if only one is hurting, do so to both (so the other one won't get jealous! ;-) ) and really pamper yourself.

I hope this helps, and I hope you get better soon.

*Edit: I definitely agree to making sure you dry your feet extremely well. Also, I think my idea is best. :-P If I did it everyday, my feet would love me, and I'd probably be in a lot less pain. :) While Epsom salts may help, they may not be necessary. And you may only need one teaspoon of oil.

  22. I'm not a doctor :( And I really don't know what you SHOULD do, but I can give you some ideas on what might help.  Try soaking your feet in warm water.  Afterwards, put socks on and try not to walk on the blistered part of your foot.  I guess you're just gonna have to wait for the blister to go away :(.  There might be a cream that you can put on the blister that will speed up the healing process.

  23. soak them in luke warm water with some bath salts if you have any. but luke warm water definitely.

  24. put some ice packs on you feet  :].

or but them in the bathtub with ice cold water.

    this helps.

  25. dilute epsom salts in hot water , then add a little cold water and soak your feet.get someone to top up with hot water as and when necessary.after drying your feet cover  with a breathable waterproof plaster.best of luck.
