Just kidding. But I do need help with this question about YouTube uploading. Please help........you know you want to!

I love to make YouTube videos, but I have to keep deleting them because the quality stinks. I use iMovieHD to do my editing. Then I share it to quicktime and upload it from YouTube. Whenever I do this, the quality really stinks. I don't know what to do. Any help? Suggestions? Thank you sooo much!!!
