OMG EYELINER help!!!!

i really need some amazing black eyeliner that stays on all day, doesnt smudge anywhere, and is reeeeeaaally cheap. im looking up to 4$

Whatever brand you choose, just don't pick out one that is a kohl liner. These do not last long and smudge easily.

Well, I don't know any by brand name really, but Loreal is cheap and good and stays on very long. It's available at just about any drug store and i think it's 4 dollars.

it wont smudge if you but the eyeliner with the smudge sponge on the back to wipe away any smudge!

i was going to say milani but its like 8.49 but its great, cant always have cheap and good its always mostly cheap\bad good\expensive a lil bit

I think the Jane gel eyeliner is 6.50 (or 5.50 its been awhile since i bought it) and lasts awhile. Avoid the wet n wild eyeliners and the Jordanda because they do not last a long time. Now, for I think 7.99, you can get the Almay and I agree with the above poster that the Almay pencil you do not need to sharpen lasts awhile, is easy to control, and is a good buy,

oh well if $4 is all your willing to spend it probably wont stay on long, but MAC really stays on
