I really like this book, and in case you didn't know, Animal Farm is supposed to be the rise and fall of Communism within the U.S.S.R.  The title of your essay should be exactly that.  The Rise and Fall.  Or, The Contributing Factors.  My last idea would have to be The Leaders and Followers: The downfall of both
