My stepdaughter is 3 yrs her an my 9 yr sister just ate ALL my gummy vitmins last night what is going to happen plz help

You're at work and you need your vitamins?? You wont die from missing your vitamin for a day when you're pregnant.....you should be more concerned with the kids that ate all your vitamins because they can get very sick. You shouldn't be at work worrying about your vitamins, you should've had them at the doctors or hospital hours ago!

Um. Well. The only thing I think you need to worry about is to much Iron. I dont think theres much that can be done.

Prenatal vitamins made me sick too. Try taking it during a meal.

Are you asking because you're worried about the 3 and 9 yr olds health.....or because you can't go one day without your vitamins????

They are only vitamins, get some on your way home from work!

if your worried about the not taking the vitamins your ok.. If you miss one you won't hurt anything or the baby just eat some good nutritious foods today and go buy some more after work.. or wait and take them after work.. you'll be fine and so will the kids...

Well considering it was last night?? If they are OK now, i would still call there Doctor and ask questions. At that time (last night) the thing to have done would have contacted posion control, or 911 and they can get Poision Control for you. Iron overdose can be deadly, Especially to little ones that think they are eating candy. Keep your vitamins high up , it should have had a child safe lid.....if not buy a new kind of vitamin that does.

Nothing will happen to them, my son ate a whole bottle of gummy vitamins when he was 2. I called the DR and he said not to worry. But you may wanna go get you some more vitamins!
