I just receive a $150 email gift certificate from a friend abroad cuz he know I love books..

I used the gift card and it states unable to process order!

What should I do?

Then the $150 email gift card is just a waste?!!!!

Contact your friend about the problem.  It also may be a scam email spoofing your friend's email address.  Did you ask if they actually sent it?

do you know for sure that your friend sent it?  do you know that the purported scam is real news or that someone made it up?  do you know reality from fiction?

if yes to the first question, you should contact him so he can get a refund.
