OMG My computer got infected by trojan? HELP?

yeah...im so scared right now....how can i fix it

i can do system restore cuz it doesnt even let me access the control panel. what can i do

anything free i can download to clean it up

Do a virus scan. If you dont have an anti virus than get AVG. Its Free and its Great.

If you just recently caught something, System Restore may fix it quickly. Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Pick a date before you had the problems and it should remove whatevers there. Then after you have cleaned that way, get AVG Free to scan for anything left, as well as protect from future attacks.

You can take out your hard disk and install in another PC as secondary drive.

Boot up from that PC and scan using the latest anti-virus program on your infected hard disk.

Or you can install CLAMWIN

There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB thumb drive.

First use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus

Update the latest anti-virus definition files.

Set the preferences to delete virus.

Boot up the infected PC in safe mode [press F8 during boot up].

Use the USB drive with Clamwin Anti-virus installed to scan the infected PC.

If you dont have Antivirus

Download AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 8.0.138 and do a full system scan

download norton 360 and install it, but seeing as its a trojan it might not even let u install it, but try ans see and then it might ask u tu reboot when its found the trojan do that and it should be gone, if it doesnt let u install the antivirus then do a full system scan with windows defender. if that doesnt work, go to run>cmd>type in mrt and do a scan with that.
