Well im getting financial aid, & the school newsletter says. You have from May 7,2008-May16,2008 to charge books after May 16th you have to pay out of pocket. But im afraid if i get my books before the dealine i will show up to my classes with the wrong books even thought someone in the admissions department suppose to lead me to the correct books. Should i just trust them & get the books they say? or if i do get the wrong books cant i exchange them??

  1. follow the advice of the admission person. they know which books you need..Trust him/her..or to double check ask each teacher what book they require..

  2. You will probably be ok, but just in case, KEEP all of you RECEIPTS from the bookstore!

  3. Check with the University bookstore to be sure, but it is probably the summer session deadline so if you aren't taking classes until the fall you wouldn't need to worry about that deadline.

The bookstore can also tell you their exchange policy.  They only order books that the professors use so there shouldn't be a problem finding the right ones.

    Good luck!

  4. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO. You go online and print a copy of your class schedule. It should have your section numbers for the classes, or reference numbers, course numbers, instructors, etc. TAKE YOUR SCHEDULE WITH YOU to the bookstore and give it to a clerk that is working there. Ask them to locate the books for you. Make sure to remember the name of the clerk who helped you, that way you know who to cuss out if you end up getting the wrong book. :) And as always, save your receipts. The bookstore should give you a period of around a week from the first day of classes to receive a full refund====>with a receipt!!! Good Luck!
