  1. get some cleaning solution, put it in the tank, make sure to check the filter, change it if it's dirty, also u can get these magnetic scraper thingies, get one!

  2. it's probably algae.

which means .. you need to clean your tank more.

keep the tank out of direct sunlight, that should help alot.

  3. just clean the tank like usual and clean it at least every week

  4. bleach lol

  5. put it in something else and clean it with bleach

  6. Is it mold or algae?  If it's green and on the inside of the glass of your tank, get an algae eater fish.  I have an algae eater in a 33 gallon Octagon tank with 20 guppies and he keeps it spotless!  If it is mold, get a tank scrubber (the handle and brush type) and scrub it loose, then using your water removal hose, try to get it all out, then replace with fresh water.  If it's just algae, relax.  I would just like to add that cleaning your tank weekly is not necessary if you have a good filter, change the cartridge when it needs it and get an algae eater.  I haven't cleaned my tank in two years.  I change 1/3 of the water every 3-4 months, but the filter does the rest.  The water is crystal clear and my fish are very active.  The filter and algae eater are a great investment!

  7. Throw away the aquarium. Mold in an aquarium. Not good. Buy another, Good luck. to you and your fish.

  8. Mold? You mean algae???  That commonly appears in tanks, you have to wipe the inside of the glass whenever you pull a water change, also stir the gravel before you drain the tank, which should be done weekly or more.........

  9. Mold, or do you mean algae? If it's that bad, you will need to empty the tank. Put the fish with some water from the tank in another container, a big bowl or cup, something. Completley rinse everything down with a mild soap, and make sure you rinse and get ALL the soap out. Change and clean the filter, and then put everything back. Fill it with clean tap water, and don't forget water conditioner! You can buy that at a petco or similar. You may want to consider getting an algae eater or plecto if the problem is that bad.
