Lately when i try to download stuff from my video camera onto the computer [windows movie maker], the video comes out but with no sound! I dont understand it!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a couple months ago it worked fine, but now there is no sound to the video downloaded from my camera. its really starting to p**s me off!!!

so can you guys tell me whats wrong and offer ideas of what to do!!! thanks :D

  1. try to auto-download codecs:

    open wmmaker TOOLS menu/ options/ general/ then put a check on auto download


  2. Do you get sound if you preview the video on your camcorder?

    Do you get sound if you use a media player to play your video?

    How are you capturing your video?
