OMG! RUNNERS! HELP! I have a 5K in 10 DAYS!?

I was ready.. then got hurt... didn';t run for a week... then, the past week, i had to take it slow.. i can just now run again! How do i get to 5K??????

I CAN ONLY RUN 1.4 MILES NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Just try to go on 30-40 min runs at a comfortable pace.  Don't worry about the 5K just have fun while doing it.  Just keep training hard and there will be other races.
