OMG bout dem high-lites?

So I'm 13 years old i have pitch black hair(black girl) anywayz i wanna get high lites about chocolate brown like the color of recess chocolate outside but my MA said its my decision completely um.. are all high-lites permanent? can get high-lites that will last about 1 month-6 months orr something like that?

OK....first of all...highlights means to lighten...and that means PERMANENT!!! There is nothing temporary about highlights...sorry...

A chocolate brown would be "poppin" in your hair! They will be permanent, but you can easily cover them up if you wouldn't like them for some reason.

Yupp there are some highlighters, say at Walmart, Target, or CVS that will come out in about 28 washes at the most. wich would probably be about a month for me. but the last i think is about 6-12 washes.. wich would only last about a week for me. at the very bottom of the box it should say non-permanent.

there r no permanent highlights.

well, they r permanent, but when ur hair grows, the natural color of ur hair will come back.

if u want the highlights 2 stay, then u will have 2 keep dying ur hair 2 keep the color
