OMG!! help plz Little bumps all over my entire face.?

ok when i woke up this morning i didnt notice them but as the day went on, i felt my face and which is usually smooth now has tiny bumps all over my entire face. they are not pimples. and ive never seen anything like this on my face before. plz help

you probably have a allergic reaction have you had anything different.or have you done something you have never done before? but if it stays for more than 3 days i would suggest going to the doctor.

OMG!

I had that on a patch on my arm..

Im not sure if its the same, but it was like lots of small skin coloured bumps.

I couldnt make it go away...

But it faded over time.

I think I once had that,

They were red, but they weren't pimples,

I just put ALOT of lotion,

I used Lubriderm lotion, it's safe for baby skin,

If not, are you using any new kind of face washer, lotion, or makeup?

Keep the makeup light for now,

All that matters, is lotion, lotion, lotion. :)
