OMG how do I get my Buddy List back on AIM?

I meant to delete one of the groups on AIM but for some reason AIM decided that I was trying to get rid of my entire buddy list, so it did. Now I'm stuck with the mobile phone list and the offline list. How the h**l do I get my buddy list back? I've tried Meebo, sites similar to Meebo, and reinstalling AIM, but nothing works. HELP!

This probably won't help but try asking your other friends to send you their buddy list and see if they have any of your friends on them.
