Well if the doctor does tell they're breaching there confidentiality agreement when u went there and pay them, although i doubt that u can afford it. But they legally cant tell ur parents, although they should bcz u had s*x which is an adult action and should be able to make the adultly discioun which would be 2 tell them obviously, if you are prego then u need 2 be able to handle the consiquences bottom line if ur having s*x then you should be ready for a baby

it really depends on the doctor.

if your a minor.. the doctor probably will tell your parents.

&, if your a minor.. what are you doing having s*x?!

unprotected s*x at that..?!?!

and your parents are going to find out sooner or later..

It's my understanding that if you express a desire not to tell your parents, then your doctor must follow doctor/patient confidentiality.

Once you're a minor, under 18, the doctor should and would say your parent if he does respect his professional manner, because doctor/patient confidentiality cannot apply in your case. Otherwise this doctor could be in trouble...

So which one, between you and the doctor, would be in trouble with your parent?

Go to planned parenthood (yes, they do more than abortions) if you're worried about it, I do believe they're very good about keeping confidentiality, and will have lots of resources/advice. And please don't capslock like that.

Just tell the doctor to wait. Tell him/her that you would like to tell them yourself, or if you want to tell your parents with your doctor, just tell them to hold on, until you make a decision to keep the baby, or get an abortion.

You're going to have to tell your parents at some point. Plus, they will most likely see that you went to go visit your doctor on the insurance bill. And, they will most likely be suspicious.
