OMG plz help me im really scared?!?

i wanted to pee but i was holding it, dont quite know 4 how long but then suddenly i started pissing my pants and i couldnt control it! it was so freaky this had NEVER happened!

is this normal? should i b concerned?

im afraid it will happen again!
