OMG!! polar shift!!?

ok soo i have been hearing two sides to this! alright some people are saying it will happen in like 2 seconds and others say it takes years to do!! whats the true anwser!! and if it takes years to complete then y are people so worried about it?!

Good question. I don't think anyone really knows for certain, but I suspect it happens fairly fast. It doesn't change much as far as we would notice right off, I believe.
