Okay i have a white cordory bag/purse whatever you wanna call it, with black patterns all over it. I wore it so much that the white is starting to turn brown from dirt and on the tag of my purse it says "DO NOT WASH" so what the h**l am i supposed to do?!?! I cant wear it dirty!! So if I wash it in cold water what do you think will happen? I mean i could just listen to the directions but atleast if I TRY to wash it I could possibly wear it again..i dunno..someone helP!!

  1. i don't know what its called but there is a kind of chemical u can buy at the store and it whitens the item.. u can find it probably at walmart or target or any other store like that. IF not then tide to go the bleach kind will probably help without ruining it. If nothing works you can probably find the same purse again on the internet and order it.

    GOOD LUCK

  2. wash it. I think that what they mean by "do not wash" is do not stick it in the washing machine

  3. Why don't you hand wash it like with a soapy towel or something because if you put it in the wash it will probably be destroyed.

  4. You should wash it in cold water, and don't worry you won't be losing anything if it like breaks or something, because you said it was all dirty and you can't wear a dirty bag so you are in plying that you don't use it, so if it breaks then you aren't going to lose anything

    Good luck

  5. wash it in cold on gentle cycle and do not dry.

  6. Try to wash it on cold and then let it air dry.

  7. Try a delicate wash with a light detergent like woolite on a cold cycle.  See how it turns out and you can always wash it again.  Either way think of it like this...you can't carry a dirty bag, so you have nothing to lose by washing it.  And it is corduroy afterall.

  8. I hate when that happens...

You're best bet would be to rinse it with cold water, then let it air dry or lightly rub with a towel.

If you're bag is still dirtier then you'd like, I would use a Clorox Bleach Pen in the white areas.

It's not really expensive and you can get it @ most supermarkets, drugstores, or superstores like Walmart or Target.

The only thing is: there are two sides to the pen...I recommend using the smaller end because you really don't want the black patterns on you're bag getting bleached.

    Good Luck!
