ONLINE CLASSES?!?!?!?!

does anyone know where they offer on-line classes for 9th graders where they can do it the whole school year and continue until they graduate?

I would just type in on-line high schools and see what comes up. I think they are a great idea. Good luck. Ps. after high school they also have on line colleges if you are interested.

Why on line and not in a school setting with others? Part of education is to hear what other have to say and to hear through the eyes of others. Not everyone see's things in the same way. By hearing others views you have the opportunity to learn through them. The statement made by many teachers is that they learn more than they teach.

How many ways are there to say "hello?."

If you have a major university or college near you, they probably have high school courses that you can take correspondance.  Also, most school systems now have some courses on-line so if you wanted to home-school you could take those courses.

um...I'm guessing that you could do correspondence, but I'm gonna take a stab and say the student would still have to be enrolled in an independent school system...

why you would want to do that at all is beyond me though...

my friend was just home schooled if you don't wanna deal with school districts..she just took classes at the community college and got her credits that way

my independent school district had a think called e-school, where you could do it online, but it was around $300 per class per semester and I don't think you could've done it for all your classes...and it wasn't worth it honestly, you'd have to be very good at time management...

Sorry no but you can attend one day a week in Independent Study

All of my daughters are in Independent Study and they are now straight A kids
