ONLINE games like the sims? (Virtual Reality Games?)?

Like where you have to manage money and take care of a family?

Is there any ONLINE games like that? I could download if I needed to..

The Sims has a unique type of games. The only similar games I can think of are Singles: Flirt Up Your Life, and Space Colony. Both of them are offline though. I never heard of an online game like the Sims.

There used to be an online game called EA-Land but it was shut down a month ago.
