Okay,

English - 9 out of 228 (Averaging and A or A-)

Maths - 18 out of 133 (Getting B's... should be a getting A's)

Language - 5 out of 14 (On an A currently)

Art - 16 out of 47 (On a B... I can't seem to do well in art)

Religion - 5 out of 43 (On an A+)

I was just wondering what OP I can approximately hope for.

Thanks.

  1. geez your getting very good marks you can hope for at least around an op 4 or under keep up the good work

  2. I do not know about QLD, but in NSW, we have a site, www.boredofstudies.org, that can help calculate your UAI (NSW's version of OP). It may help you find your OP as well.

Also, The Queensland Studies Authority has a useful program which can be downloaded called “Find OP’s” . Students can key in the board subjects that they are studying and their current levels of achievement. The program will then give an indicative range of OP’s achieved by students who have studied the same subjects and received the same results in the past.

If you do not get the marks you want, do not stress. You can always get in through TAFE or even some universities have bridging programs that are easier than the Year 12 exams as there is no scaling.  (Like the University of Newcastle, NSW, which has Newstep and Open Foundation- see www.newcastle.edu.au/centre/elfsc.

For Queensland, The University of Queensland recognises the Certificate IV in University Preparation (Bridging/Foundation program) here- see www.uq.edu.au/international/index.html?p... or

Pathways to entry - University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland ...see

    Good luck!
