  1. Prepare him the greatest dinner he could ever eat with his favourite food.  Or order his favourite take-away.  Just make him forget about what is bothering him and make sure that you let him know that whenever he needs someone to listen to him you will always be there

Make him something: no matter how small or how creative..a photo album of your best memories, maybe make him a cake with an uplifting message.  That always makes me smile, and he will love the way you made it yourself

    hope i helped!

  2. I have a similar issue with my bf....there isn't much I've discovered to do.  You could try dressing in something s**y and getting dinner together.  You could also write a love poem and see if he reads it, but depending on his situation he may just not feel like reading (which is really painful when they don't wanna read your poem).  You could rent his favorite movie...or buy it...then watch together....that may help.  Hope you figure out something to do!

  3. Please don't go into this thinking you can snap him out of it.

I'm depressed, and I have fun. We go out and drink, and play. We have nice dinners, and do things together. But underneath everything, and the happiness of doing something together, the depression is still there.

I honestly appreciate everything he does to try and make me feel better, but it just makes me feel bad that he goes through so much for what seems to me like no good reason.

Try his favorite dinner, an activity of some sort that he likes. Just don't be too upset or discouraged if it doesn't work as you planned.

If things don't look up soon, ask him. Just the fact that you care enough to ask will provide some comfort.

  4. Take a walk but not out to eat cuz that's too much pressure to look like you're having a good time.

And most importantly just hold him.

  5. be there for him. comfort him. make him smile and laugh. hold him and keep him by your side. if he starts to feel bad let him know your there for him. its hard i kno but you'll get through it
