+OPK - 7dpo - possible preggo?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I o'ed on last Wednesday (Aug. 27th). My DH and I bd on last Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I've been having practically all of the pregnancy symptoms since Thursday other than sore BB's. I didn't want to run out and get an HPT yet because I know it's too early. However, I had some OPK sticks left. I took an OPK test Thursday, Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today. All of them came back positive. Would the one for today still be positive being that I O'ed 8 days ago? I would think it would have gone back to negative by now. Huh? Also, I'm sure I O'ed on Wednesday because I had the O pains, I felt it also when DH and I bd on Wednesday, it was extremely intense (TMI). I knew then that I had o'ed. The next morning my temp spiked to 99.0. I've never had my temp spike like that before. It's been high ever since. On 5DPO it dipped to 97.7 (possible implantation dip). It's up to 98.0 today. I did some research and read that alot of women that tested with OPK's (and had alot of positives in a row post ovulation) resulted in a preggo. Their OPK was picking up the HCG. HELP SOMEONE. Has this ever happened to any of you?

No it detects a different hormone.

It says that OPK's can be used as early pregnancy tests as a positive result after ovulation can indicate pregnancy!!! I got so excited for you after I found this!! Congrats!!

Everything else indicates pregnancy too, my temp went up heaps and I had an implantation dip too when I was pregnant, I had a very strong feeling at 7DPO that I was pregnant cos I was crampy and had sore nipples. Congratsm I am so happy for you!!
