OPK question. line was faint, now darker, but not as dark as the control . . .?

Question

i tested yesterday and the line was VERY faint. today it was darker and way noticeable that it was there, but not as dark as the control line. does it keep getting darker and darker until you reach your peak time?? or is it just different ever time and then really dark when you are ovulating??

i just dont know if since its getting darker, if i'm getting closer and closer, or if it just does that.

The test is only positive when the line is as dark or darker than the control line. Best wishes!!!

Sometimes it happens that way, yes. But sometimes you'll see it get darker, then fade, then darker again.

I worked at a medical clinic for 7 years, and did pregnancy testing on a daily basis. Even if there is a faint pink line - you are pregnant. It will get darker everyday yes, but even the faint line means a positive. Congratulations.

i dont think it works like that  i think it just is darker than control when you are good to fgo , i know how hard it is , i am checking mine every day aswell at the moment and you more or less convince yourself it is darker than the control , keep trying it will come

Yes, that means your getting closer and closer.  It's kind of neat to watch your LH gradually reach it's surge.  Start your BDing now and be SURE to do it every other day at least until you get your positive.  Make sure you BD the same day you get your positive and the next 2 days after.
