I have spinal cord injury and recently diagnosed with osteoporosis... which of these medication is more effective for my bones

Follow your doctor's prescription I suggest.

My sister in law uses Fosamax once per week plus calcium; she is 62, my wife uses Fosavance once per week plus calcium; she is 72. There is a once a month version but reputedly is unproven. Keep on the research you have a long
