Question:

OTHER causes of dark circles under eyes???

I am 14 years old, and I get really bad dark circles. Even when I'm not tired.

I drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day, and get about 9 hours sleep on average. I used to be allergic to dairy products (I know that is sometimes a cause) but now I am not. Currently, I am not under stress of any kind as it is the summer holidays!!!

Why do I still get dark circles? And what is a really really quick way to get rid of them everyday etc. without using concealer? (Cos the concealer just melts/comes off during the day/is too much hassle everyday)

Please help me!! Thanks :) xx

  1. I used to get them loads when someone in my family died. I went to the doctors for depression and he told me that they were caused through stress. I used pressed powder to cover them, as it is matt and doesn't tend to get sticky, if you don't want to do that then you could just try to stop stressing lol

  2. Sometimes it's lack of iron try eating more proteins.

  3. Most people get it cuz its part of their genes or it is caused by stress. Solution: there is this is really great cream called nivea visage whitening eye cream. this is for a brighter and firmer eye contour skin.

hope this helps ;) cuz it did helped me ALOT!!!

  4. Allergies is a BIG cause of dark circles under the eyes.  As in my own family, genetics seems to play a huge role.  I have cousins, a brother, and 2 grandsons who all have what we call "raccoon eyes".

  5. It is in genes. I have got them even i am not very tired.

  6. Sometimes it's lack of sleep, but others it because you might be stressed out, try to calm your self down, it could be lack of iron, and other proteins, but to cover it up for now try using liquid concealer.

  7. Sometimes it is hereditary as well.
