OTTB's Lip Tattoos Does anybody have a chart?

I am checking out a new OTTB and I'm not sure of his age and neither are his current owners. He has a lip tattoo. Does anybody have a chart to see what year he was born in. The tattoo isn't that clear but the letter is either a B or an E. Help me out

  1. B is 1998.

    E is 2001
