  1. Don't mess with them unless you know how to protect yourself.

  2. I have been a Paranormal Investigator for many years. Some kids playing around with a Ouija board led to the most terrifying haunting I have ever investigated.  Before this, they had lived there peaceably for 10 years. It was so bad, that our Team Leader made us leave the house and we recommended exorcism. This did not work and the family had to move out. This led to them losing the home to foreclosure. That house stands empty 6 years later. No one wants it.

There will be many people on here that say that I am wrong and that nothing has ever happened to them or that there is no such thing as ghosts, etc, etc. This might be true for THEM, but why go looking for trouble?

  3. I used a Ouija board years ago and nothing happened.  Nothing happened when some of my friends played the Ouija board.  I actually found the whole experience incredibly boring.  Scrabble is much more fun, more interesting, and more exciting.

The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  It does not communicate with the dead and it does not contact spirits.  It does not open any portals to the underworld or to anywhere else.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.

  4. Not much. Can't find a right price when I go to "Toys-R-Us" and "Wal Mart" to buy one for my nieces. Something "evil" in it? Yes, the price! Only that.

P.D.: Only ridiculous idiots think quija boards are "evil". Let me laugh: HA HA HA HA HA!

P.D.: And because I have better "common sense" than them, I get three demerits. How nice those compliments. LOVE IT!

  5. Just thinking of it give me the chills...I tried it once (well several times but only that one day) first we got a 'nice' spirit that told me and my friends that our deceased grandfathers were looking out for us and then we got one that threatened us.

I was really nervous about it and told my mother and she made me promise to never use it again saying that it was the gateway to the devil.  I don't really believe that it was that dangerous but seeing her face and how scared she was has kept me away from them for 10 or so years.

  6. Needle is absolutely correct. My two cousins tampered with it when they were kids and it was like something out of a horror movie. They actually made contact with a spirit who spelled out his name and everything that happened to him. It get's better ! He even gave a phone number of his relative in which my 8 and 9 year old cousins called. Everything was true and the family of the victim called back and spoke with my Aunt (their mother) It was crazy, but the craziest part was when my Aunt threw away that board. The spirit manifested it self so viciously, they had to move. That's Real talk. I get chills thinking about it and even though I'm a God fearing man, I don't think I could go against something like that without the right religious source.
