  1. up

  2. I would enter your temps in fertilityfriend.com and it will help pinpoint everything for you. Your temp will dip first and then rise.  Good luck

  3. It will rise .4 to 1 degree from your temp preovulation.  Your temp should stay at this level until your next period or will stay raised if pregnant.  Make sure you are taking your temp the same time every day and as soon as you wake up before you do anything.  Good luck!

  4. Your temp rises when you start to ovulate. I reccomend that you use an online fertility tracker. It will give you a date that you can be fertile. On most of them you can enter your temp, your last period, cervical mucas.

  5. ur temp rises after you've already ovulated...this is not a reliable method for timing s*x bc if you wait for the rise it's too late!

  6. Rise

  7. For alot of women they find they get a temp dip the day of ovulation, and then get the classic temp rise the day after, and hope it stays higher.

Try FertilityFriend.com, it's a great site to help track your signs etc and intrepret everything and will tell you when you ovulate (after 3 higher temps)

  8. Your BBT won't rise until you've already ovulated.  Once that happens, it's pretty much too late unless you've already had intercourse.  Some people experience a drop in temp prior to ovulating, but you can't count on this.  You might also want to monitor your cervical fluid as that will provide you with better clues as to your approaching ovulation.  Temping is really only useful to confirm that you did indeed ovulate and when it occurred.

  9. They would raise usually around .75 of a degree.  I use the site www.fertilityfriend.com to track mine and they will then determine when you ovulated and all that stuff.  Its a great site and its free!!  Good luck.

  10. fertilityfriend.com or mymonthlycycles.com are the best!
