Oahu Scuba Dive Shop?

Question

I'm going to Honolulu next week and looking to go out on some dives there. Can anyone reccommend a good dive shop to use? Or tell me who to steer clear of? I asked my LDS, but they didn't have any suggestions for Oahu.

I had a good experience with Aarons Dive shop.

Very professional, safety oriented, and friendly.

My Divemaster Darren Fox was outstanding.

He certified me Advanced Open Water.

Their main shop is close to Kaneoe Bay, but they will come to any Hotel in Waikiki and come and pick you up. I called them because I had reserved with a different shop, and they never showed up to pick me up. I dont have any more info about them, but I'm sure it won't be hard to find.

The only dive place on Oahu I've ever dealt with is "Dive Oahu", and that was a few years back. http://www.reservation.diveoahu.com/

I did a 2-tank morning dive with them on one occasion and do not have a strong memory of this, I'm afraid.  On the same trip we went to the Big Island (Hawaii) and had many memorable dives which probably made the Oahu dives pale in comparison!

On the other hand, I do not have any negative memories of their operation, either!
