Oak Meadow Homeschooling, Do I have to do all courses listed for final year or can I make my own choices?

I have been going to a private english school (I'm in Europe) and want switch to a homeschooling program.

I liked what oak meadow has to offer especially the computer section, it is my primary interest.

When i saw their system I was wondering if it was compulsory.

It's made more or less if you start from the beggining with them.

They have four courses each year and each year it's different, what if I don't want the courses offered for final year?

They said they have flexibility to choose but I couldn't find anything about it on their page...
